What it looks like in practice
For Modus Gradnja I update apartment prices and availability every month. When they sell an apartment, they let me know, and it’s sorted the same day.
People call us now once they’ve already picked an apartment, so we don’t have to send PDFs to everyone anymore. And when we sell one, we just tell Stefan and it’s sorted the same day.
I also take over sites I didn’t build
If your site was built by someone who is no longer available, I can take it over. I take a look first and tell you honestly whether it’s enough to speed it up and fix it, or whether a new one makes more sense.
Price
Maintenance costs €20 to €50 a month, depending on how often something needs to change.
